Hello Experts,

I'm trying to print Posted Sales Invoice in Cronus company but met with an error as The Sales Header does not exist. Identification fields and values: Document Type='Quote',No.='

The Document Type field is Invoice for the invoice which I'm trying to print.

Thanks in advance to share your thoughts on this issue.

    Hi,

Please check if there is any customization done to this report, because this Report ID 1306 is belongs to only Posted Sales Invoice Data, means only Sales Invoice Header and Sales Invoice Line table, Its strange its asking for Sales Header table.

    Thanks.

Can you check the report ID of the report and let me know.

You can find the report when you press Ctrl +Alt+f1 after running the report and request page opens.

    Hi

I can see you are trying to "Test Print" report from Layout page. Can you try to go to actual posted sales invoice then try to print? If it did work can you make sure to duplicate all settings into Layout Test print and try? Recently I had similar issue with another report and above method worked.

This sounds like you have a bad record inserted into the Sales Invoice header table with a blank for the document No.

This record will need to be deleted.

I've seen this happen when data is inserted directly into a SQL table without validations.
