    Hi,

You can not change decimal of unit of measurement once setup.  The only option you have is setup a new UOM with correct decimal.  To change the existing inventories decimal places you run the utilities as follows.

Inventory >> Utilities >> Change Decimal Places

Before using Change Decimal Places utilities, you need to consider below points as well.

    1. It will clear UofM schedule ID from Item maintenance window. You need to assign new UofM schedule ID.

    2. It will clear the Price List details.

    3. Purchasing option will be cleared.

You can create a new UofM schedule ID and change it from item maintenance window. But, you need to consider some cases before changing it.

Please have a look on the below link about changing UofM schedule ID.

    Hope this helps!!!
