Error in Test Email during SMTP Email Setup

Whenever I try to setup SMTP setup email and send the test email, I get this error:

An error has occured while sending the email, please look at the Outbox to find the error.

I've also clicked on 'Apply office …Server Settings', but I still get the same error. I don't even know what the 'Outbox' is in the error. Can I get some help here please?

Hi, the Outbox is Email Outbox page in BC.

For example,

You can find the failed line in this page.

Choose Show error will show you the details.

Can you post your setup here? Just white out your email address.

Also, do you use Exchange Online or different setup for your email?
