Only One Setting for Change Log -- But Showing Other Entries

Hi:

In a Sandbox, I configured Business Central's Change Log to only show the modification of data in one text field of one screen.

When I run the Change Log report, however, it's showing many entries and from the past.

Why? Is there a way of preventing it from tracking what I didn't ask for?

If you set it up like the one below, there shouldn't be any problems.

If you want to delete records, you can manage it in the Retention Policy.
