    Hi,

The reason why you have this might be that you have disabled the form, or limited the access to it (as per your other question) but the form was the default one. Please clean cache and verify if the problem exists.

    Hi ,

Here is the step you need to follows -

    - Step 1 :  Go to the form designer  , click on enable security role.

    - Step 2: Check your forms is showing for specific security role or for All roles.

    - Step 3:  If its selected specific roles then check what are the roles are selected.

    - Step 4 : Now you need o go to the user , select manage roles check the user under which security role.

    - Step 5:  In step 4 the user selected security role must be selected in the Step 3 form level security roles.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

It seems you have form level security enabled and you don't any fallback form configured (it's always a good idea to have a fallback form incase if current user don't have the security role which is associated with any form then this form will be open for this user)

So recheck for level security and configure fallback form as well

    Hello Mahendra,

i have elected one form with fallback and other one i have copied from this form and disable fall back and assigned it only to the system administrator role.

now one of the user is getting the above error , and user  is not assigned the system administrator role.

i don't want to assigned the system administrator to this role as goutam das mentioned.

how to overcome this issue without assigning security role to the user.

If this is one user, you might do something like this:

    1. create a temporary security role,

    2. assign it to that user

    3. enable the form for that role

    4. Once the user opens the form, let him select the proper form (upre left corner of the form).

    5. Remove access to the copy form once the user confirms that he can open records of that entity with the correct form.
