Production job scheduling is not accounting for the current time

Hello Experts,

I'm encountering an issue with production job scheduling. I've set up an automatic batch job for job scheduling, with parameters as shown in the screenshot below.

My requirement is that the job should always shchedule in forward direction from Today and with current time for that I also have done the setup as below screen.

However, when the batch job runs, it doesn’t pick up the correct time. For example, the batch job ran at 9:51 PM on 27-Oct-2024, but the scheduled jobs are starting from 9:00 AM.

If anyone has encountered this or the issue, please reply.
Thanks.

    Hi Ashutosh,

In your case, If resource capacity is booked today, this scheduling option will schedule production to start at a time when resource capacity is free (earliest start date). It will then plan production forward in time from this date to reach the earliest possible end date.

So batch job ran at 9:51 PM on 27-Oct-2024, if you want the scheduled jobs are starting as same as ran job 9:51 PM, it is impossible. Because the resource capacity time is depending on the working times of production calendar.

Therefore, to resolve your issue, you need to double check current working times setting up for your resource in Operation 10 below to consider what time is starting?
Then turn off following options and run the production job scheduling again.
You can see starting time is picked from the time working started in available resource of operation 10.

    Rgs,
