Publish app to business central

I can deploy extension to on prem using  Publish-NAVApp cmdlet but can I don't know how to use same cmdlet to deploy app to business central on cloud or is there any other way .

    you can upload the app from Extension Management page.

    I don't see upload option anymore . It was available in BC15 but don't see anymore in BC 16.

    Under manage you should have the option to upload extension, if you don't see that then you don't have permissions.

    You cannot use commands for Saas Version, you need to upload using Extension Management.

    You might have accidentally remove the button through personalization.

    Go to Extension Management page and try to Clear Personalization.
