when choosing the due date in workorders and laybys i have noticed that the date reads Wednesday 22nd of may 2012 which is not possible in 2012, its as if the year is out of sequence so the day is always wrong.

You might check your time & time zone in windows.

I'm pretty sure RMS gets its info from windows.

    Still that's pretty funny.

Email Bill Gates about that at bgates@gmail.com  :)

    Hello,

I am unable to reproduce this in my system. What are the repro steps for this issue?

    create a "work order"

    then select "details"

    under the "general" tab

there is a due in field

this is the date in question

it say 10/06/2012 as we have it defaulting 2 days after the current date

however when press "select" it shows a calendar showing the 10th to be a monday, when infact the 10th can only be a Sunday

    Hello,

I attempted to reproduce this on my system and was unable to produce the same results.

Is there any way you can add a screenshot of the incorrect date?

Check the date on the Server computer also.

as you can see there should never be a sunday 9th of june 2012, it can only happen in the year 2013

Thank you for posting your screenshot of the issue. The reason I couldnt reproduce it initially was because I was testing it in Store Operations. Once I tested it in POS 2009 I was indeed able to produce the same results as you were.

I was only able to reproduce this after I installed Feature Pack 1. When tested on Service Pack 1 the dates were correct. As this was confirmed as a Bug I recommend that you open a Service request for the RMS Support Team so we can get this product defect entered into our system and begin work on a fix.

To create a new Service Request please call 888-477-7877.
