Store not sending all sales data to HQ

I have a customer running HQ w/2 stores.  One store doesn't send the info back to HQ, so I'm running 402's for the entirety of 2021 sales.  It sends about 1/3 of the sales back.

Is there anything else I can try to get the complete data?

    Anytime I've had issues like this, I've run a 401 worksheet from HQ for just that one store and that always seems to resolve it.
