Unable to open customization

Unable to open customization, this error pops up when i click customize the system, we are seeing this error from the day we upgraded to 9.0 version.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue.new-cap.PNG

    Have you tried creating a new solution and see if an empty solution works? Maybe try adding things until the new solution blows up.

    Otherwise, that's likely a Microsoft ticket.

    I have added a new solution and opened it, it does open and i was able to customize it, but i am unable to open the "Customize the system", which should open the default solution.
