Expanding "Activities" to Full Screen in a Case

Hi All,

         I am a n00b and have been tasked with rolling out and configuring Dynamics 2016 (cloud) in a production environment. I have started with the service side (contrary to typical rollout).

          We are in limited production deployment right now and I have been soliciting feedback from the support team.

          The most popular request I have been getting is to find an easy way for support Engineers to quickly expand the 'Activities' of a case to full screen and to have each 'Activity' (Note, e-mail, phone call, etc) expand. 

           Any ideas on how to make this happen?

    It seems that the feature to expand activities without leaving the page don't work anymore. Is any body else having this issue?

    Following are the options available when you are on case -social pane (activities)

    1. You can expand a specific activity, without moving away from the page

    2.You can expand all activities, without moving from the page

    3. You can pop out a specific activity, it does takes you to a new page

    You can select your preferred option, see if it helps:

    Thank you for the reply. You are on the right track, but I was looking for a way to open the entire Activities thread in full screen without having to click on each individual activity.

    Basically show everything full screen so they can quickly scroll through all the Activities without clicking back and forth between pages.

    You can expand individual activities in full screen by clicking on icon of activity shown as below.

    Additionally, to create new entity for case in full screen, you can directly create activity through + button on top and set case in regarding field. this is how you can work in full screen.
