Inventory batches taking more tan 25 minutes to release

Hello you all

We have a customer with Dynamics SL 2011 FP1, he has a high volumen of sales orders (many orders with many ítems on each order, could be 300 orders with more than 50 ítems each order).

When the client prints and closes the Sales Journal, it takes more than 25 minutes to release the inventory batch.

They use server Pet620 server with a processor Intel (R) Xeon (R) CPU E5 -2640 at 2.5GHZ. It has Windows Server 2008 R2 operating system and has 32GB in memory.

Any ideas on how we can reduce the time the system takes to release these batches?
