PA Employee Rate Table Maintenance

We are on GP 2010, but I have tested and this same things occurs in GP 2016 R2. On the PA Employee Rate Table Maintenance when we want to change an existing employee's hourly rate there is no way to "find" the employee on the list. Our rate table is setup per project and with the different pay codes we have hundreds of lines on this screen.

The lookup is simply to add a new line, not to find an existing line.

Is there any other place to change this information or a different way to get to it?
