How to avoid voided Checks while reprinting the AP Checks?

Posted on by 3,812

When I reprint the Checks from "Post Checks" window, GP automatically keeps copies of the previously printed Checks as Voided Checks. No checks were actually voided, I just re-printed the same Check Numbers. How can I stop GP from creating those voided Checks?
Thanks !

Yes there is a way, Select your correct printer, then Print to Screen, and print then to the printer, don't close the window if you need to reprint or after you verified all checks printed correctly. if for some reason a check got stuck or need to reprint checks from a particular point, just click the print button on the screen again and enter either page numbers or a range of pages to print.

    :-) je je

Now if you already closed the screen and need to reprint then Leslie is right!!!

    Have a great day!!!

    To my knowledge, you cannot.
