We have our current website linked to CRM through a number of API's and the user journey is very tedious and a long process.

Our last website agencies have not been very good at all, so looking for recommendations on companies who have successfully built websites and integrated with Dynamics 365 who have a very good user journey.

We use kentico CMS platform so someone who can use this and improve processes for this would be great.

Kentico have a connector for Dynamics 365 https://devnet.kentico.com/articles/connect-kentico-to-ms-dynamics-365-out-of-the-box

thanks, have sent them an email. Not sure how good it is or what is does at there is not much information on it.

Have you tried The Portal Connector for Dynamics 365/CRM?

Unfortunately, I have not tried it but I got it as the first recommendation when I googled it?
