custom pos button error

I am getting an error "Insufficient key column information for updating or refreshing." in RMS store operation manger when I try to delete a custom button as bellow: select DATABASE then go in registers then select keyboard and select properties of created keyboard and try to delete any custom button. Please help me to solve out from this problem.

    Even While trying to create new touch screen keyboard getting error "cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ID', table 'SH1103.dbo.TouchScreenKeyboard'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

    Try setting the function to <blank> entry.  Also apply service packs if you are on a version older than 2.0.2000
