Provisioning a Service Account to assign "Process's"

Hi Everyone,

My Team, we are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online CRM.

We are planning to create a service account which would be assigned as owner of all the Process in Dynamics 365.

Needed some guidance in this regard. The Process(workflow) is currently assigned to certain users (as owner).

1. How should we go about creating this service account?

2. Will this account need Dynamics 365 license?

3. which security roles should it have?

Any kind of guidance will be really helpful
