Remittance Word Template

Hi All,
 
I have a issue with process remittance when the Remittance word template prints it has all xxxx instead actual values.  I exported the same template to test envrionment which works fine on that.   And on live GP other word template works fine i.e. purchase order.  can any of you shed some light on this issue.
