I've purchased "Office 365 Additional Storage" and it is present in my O365 admin portal. I now need, somehow, to apply this to CRM. Has anyone actually managed to do this? I end up going around in circles....
From what I can make out, the process should be Admin Centre/Billing/Subscriptions/Show Subscriptions/Active/Office 365 Extra Storage/Assign to users. However, from here it is not possible to assign it to any users.
Any ideas please?
