Assigning Additional Storage

Hi,

I've purchased "Office 365 Additional Storage" and it is present in my O365 admin portal. I now need, somehow, to apply this to CRM. Has anyone actually managed to do this? I end up going around in circles....

From what I can make out, the process should be Admin Centre/Billing/Subscriptions/Show Subscriptions/Active/Office 365 Extra Storage/Assign to users. However, from here it is not possible to assign it to any users.

Any ideas please?

    Thanks Biblap and Adrian.

    I've already seen that document, but unfortunately it's not accurate/outdated. There is no "Add more" under subscriptions....

    I've opened a case with PSS as this is quite frankly ridiculous. It should not be a complicated process to add more storage... Once I've got the solution, I will post back here.

    Hi MDS,

    CRM Online storage is a Tenant specific Feature. That Means the Extra storage you Purchased will be can be used by any Instance in that Tenant. That means the total storage of all instances in a Tenant should be less than your quota. There is no specific Feature by which You can assign storage to a specific user.

    115 views an no comments? Am I the only one to have reached the default storage limits in CRM online?
