I want to hide Email a link button on all the entities for some users due to security reasons. Is there any way to do it ?

You can use RibbonWorkbench to do this, You may need to have 2 separate forms if you want to certain people to see the button and others not to
Use ribbon workbench to hide/show buttons on command bar.
