Adding new user - Update users from Microsoft 365

Hi All,

We are getting "You cannot open record 2000000121 from a RecordRef data type when you are using target Cloud." when we did Update users from Microsoft 365.

There are two user which have been imported without Authentication Emails.

We are not sure why this error comes up and we are just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same.
