Hello,
Below are the steps to activate CRM integration with Business Central.
1) Activate 365 connection setup in Business Central
--> Provide 365 Sales URL and Authentication Details
--> Specify whether Automatic creation of Sales order or Sales Quote in BC
--> Click on Enable - this will activate all Sync job Queues
2) Verify the table mapping. You can add any other standard field in mapping
3) Sync (Couple) BC Sales persons with 365 Sales users (Sync will not start until this get done)
4) If you already have customer created in BC and Account in 365 Sales. it needs to couple manually.
