Automated flow to check opportunity start date & send email if it has passed

I need to set up an automated process that will check the Estimated Start Date field on an opportunity and send an email to the opportunity owner if the date has passed. It is easy to set up a flow that triggers on an action (ie record created, field changed, etc.). My challenge is I need this to run on all existing opportunities every day, and in most cases there will be no changes on the record to trigger the flow to start. I need this to be an out of the box solution (ie no solutions that require custom programming). Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

    01. You could create your flow from Blank, and add the Recurrence (Scheduled Trigger as shown below)

    02. Next step would be to get all the opportunities that needs to be processed, you can use the List Action to get the opportunity records

In the get opportunities Action, you can filter the records, have a look at an example here : https://community.dynamics.com/crm/f/117/t/299879

    03. Once you got the list of opportunities, now its time to go through one by one and send email if email needs be sent, you can use the apply foreach, check some field value of the opportunity to see if email needs to be sent, and if condition is true, then you can send the email as shown below

Once email sent, if you want to update the opportunity record with a flag field to say email sent or to update a last processed time, you can use the Update Action

Is it possible for you to provide a bit more of a step by step?

    Hi

If you are already familiar with creating flow, you could create a flow that runs on a scheduled basis, uses the List action to do the retrieve multiple on opportunity with all the filters you want and then do an apply foreach on results if there is any and do the email sending using standard Send Email action in Flow
