I have been trying for a week, to try and get someone at Microsoft to tell me what I need to do to get access to the RMS customization guide. I've picked up bits and pieces, need a voice account, etc., but I keep getting pushed off to someone else, who says I need to talk to someone else ,etc. Very Frustrating. I realize probably need some sort of partnership along with some certifications maybe. I have been told by more than one person at Microsoft to just ask for the document. So after hours and hours on the phone, I am reduced to begging, come someone please have mercy and send me a copy of the Customization guide, while I continue to pursue the proper avenues.
