Can I edit Workflow Approval Email Notifications?

Hello,

Am I able to edit the content of an approval notification that is sent via Email?

I'd like to add some more information for Purchase Order Approval Workflow, something like "Please approve this Purchase Order valued at x", or even just "Please approve this purchase order".
