Hello,

We are trying to set up the domiciliation for a local company in Belgium. Following the steps on the "Learn" documentation is not working. On the instructions to create a list of suggested posts, the following disclaimer is showing:

The domiciliation suggestions include only customers who have a Domiciliation number set up. Learn more in the Set up domiciliation section.

That would be perfect, but my problem is that it is not working. I only set up one customer to test it, but I still get all customers in the system with any open invoices.

Is there something I am missing on the set up or the filters maybe? I tried different approaches but I either get the full list, or an empty list....

Did you add a filter on the field Domiciliation no <> '' ? this way, even if you do not filter on a specific customer no., BC will only select customers with a domiciliation no.
