A user have this box is grey out

But he plays around with the Fact box Pane (check and uncheck - it's possible to check the box)

The Fact Box in the test Server is checked, every Item is good. I don't need to make any changes (I am able to check the boxes.

I tested in live with the same Permissions/ Role Center as the user and I am able to check the boxes (no need to make any changes in the FactBox Pane)

Any Reason why this is different? How to fix this? Another user with the same permissions/role has the same issue.

Hi, very weird problem. Although it is a different version, I checked the code for this field and there is no restriction on the editable property.

Does this page contain customizations?
Or is it connected to the wrong database?

If another user is also testing on this computer, it is recommended to try it on another computer, maybe there is a problem with the client.
