Hi

I want to schedule Work user session log cleanup batch job in my environment and have to retain data for 12 months instead of hours.
As we can see only /number of hours to keep/ field. Could you please suggest how to retain 12 months data and set batch job occurrence in every 12 months.

Thanks
Ashish

    Hi,
If you want to retain data for 12 months instead, you may need to take a different approach. Here are steps to achieve this:
    Custom Job:
    • Create a custom cleanup job that runs on a scheduled basis, targeting the work user session log tables.
    • This job should be designed to identify and delete records older than 12 months.
    Data Management Workspace:
    • Utilize the Data Management workspace to create and schedule data projects that delete the records from the work user session log tables.
    • Configure the data project to filter records based on the timestamp to retain only the last 12 months' worth of data.
    Custom Batch Job Recurrence:
    • If you specifically need a batch job occurrence every 12 months, you may need to implement a custom recurrence pattern.
    • This could involve creating a recurring batch job that runs a cleanup job every 12 months. You may need to use a combination of job recurrence configuration and custom logic to achieve this.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
