Label printing not working with Transfer issue

Hi community,

I'm currently working with a implementation project where we're supposed to print labels (zebra print) for both Sales order picking and Transfer order picking.
It's working fine with SO picking, but its not working at all with Transfer issue. The setup is apparently the same for SO/Transfer issue in work templates, Document routing, and document routing layouts.
I'm not using wave templates.

Have anyone experienced the same problem? Or know where I should start looking?

Hello Mats,

Are you printing using menu item for mobile device or did you setup this as a work template step? Can you share your setups please?

I've tried both, but setup as a work template step is most important.

I am in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations on premises

Installed product version: 10.0.27 (10.0.1227.97)
Installed platform version: Update51 (7.0.6395.86)

I have seen your last screenshot of the Document routing form, and it seems that you are also in the "on premises" version, not cloud. Correct?

So I ask for your help: can you share the setup of working fine with SO picking.

It does not work for me. I try to print a label that contains the registration of a warehouse entity through the mobile application, and I receive the message that it has been correct, but nothing is printed on the printers.

My issue was that I had a Printer first in the sequence which was without printer and mobile device user. As far as I understand, this makes it valid and therefore its "printed" on the non-existing printer. I removed this one, and it worked perfectly :)

I also checked the Run query check box and validated the label layout.
