Hello,

Is it possible to create a same contact for more than 1 vendor (email is same), for Vendor Portal? When trying to accept User request for 2nd vendor, getting error as "Duplicate alias and network domain for the user."

One Contact for more than one Vendor in Vendor Collaboration

Hi,

It is not possible to invite the same user a second time for another vendor contact person.
Can you tell us why you would have the same contact for multiple vendors? Is it in the same legal entity or the same vendor in different legal entities? For the last one, it is possible to have one vendor and contact linked to the same party records in the global address book.

Hello Andre,

yes, I realized that we can't go for adding same email to user's setup, but we can add contact in another vendor and select the same person and enable it for Vendor collaboration.
