Prevent Attached Documents On Sales quotation and sales Orders From Being Deleted

Hi all,

I'm trying to add an attachment on the sales quotation, but the system automatically deletes the attachment into 1/2 minutes. The same thing happens when I try to add the attachment in the sales order.

How can I fix this?

Hello Laurens,

I inserted manually the attachment in addition to Customer Advanded notes.

If it can help, the following setup "direct attachment document" is off.

Hi Cristina,

Is the attachment deleted when only adding it to the quotation or order? Or did you perform more actions after adding the attachment?

Was this working correctly earlier? Are you able to reproduce the issue in another (standard) environment?

Hi André,

we found the issue. It wasn't replicable in to the standard environment, but I had just joined the project and didn't have a history of what had been done on the project. The problem was due to an old customization, which deleted the note if the description field was blank.
