Entity List dynamic filters broken?

Hi all

I'm having problems pulling and displaying a dynamic lookup filter in the newest version of Portal.

The options are available in the entity list config but no filter fields are rendered.

As a backup, I manually created a lookup list of around 20 options, and this solved the above issue (although I'd much prefer a dynamic lookup) expecting the first 6 to be displayed with a "more" link that would open up more options. However, the "more" link is also not being rendered so only the top 6 options are rendered on screen. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have a ticket in with MS Support but if anyone can beat them to the answer it would be great.

I am also having same issue with only top 6 options being displayed. Did you get any response from MS Support?
