I'm trying in vain to raise a support ticket from within the Power Platform. After I manage to get through the Bot, it is impossible to select a Severity and after clicking on Submit, it throws an error message "Provided ‘Issue severity’ is invalid". Same behavior in Edge as in Chrome.
This is as hilarious as it is frustrating. Anyone now of a way to fix this? Thanks!

If you don't open the BOT (Virtual Agent), you should be able to move to the "Details" tab on the top section.
This asks for a support plan, title, description, startdate, etc.
Also, you can go to admin.microsoft.com and on the left menu, select "Support > New Service Request". ON the form that shows, you can put some text and then at the bottom you have the "Contact support" link
