Hello!
We have a user who doesn't have their 'page' (Open in Excel and Edit In Excel) button when they are in an item card, viewing the ledger entries for that particular product.
I have gone into the personalisation of that users profile type and it is showing there, as if the user has it, but having checked on their machine they clearly don't.

Whilst in the personalisation section, all other tabs along that header have a red box around them as if they are able to be edited, however the page one doesn't.
Is there another setting elsewhere that is more about whether a user can edit in excel, which isn't done from personalisation and more of a setting change please? This user does have 'Page' functionality elsewhere.
