Admin Center Access

Hi,

I can access the admin center by copying/pasting the admin center url in to a browser.  However, I do not see the link to click on when clicking the gear icon in Business Central.

I've checked my user permissions and user personalizations.  I'm a Global Admin in the Office 365 admin center.

Can someone please tell me how I can see this in BC?

Thanks

Steve

The following users are authorized to access the Business Central administration center:

    - Internal tenant administrators (Global admin role in the Office 365 admin center)

    - Admin agent

    - Helpdesk agent

As the internal administrator, you can get to the administration center by navigating directly to the URL, or by choosing the link in the Settings menu when you are logged in to your Business Central.

    Hi Stefano,

The user is already assigned to the Global Admin Role.  He can paste in the URL and access the page.  However, he is not able to click the link in the Settings menu.

    Any other ideas here?

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hello,

What permission does your user have / you have in D365 BC? Since when can't you see Admin center in the Settings? For others, this is what appears to be missing (if I got the issue correctly understood):

    Hi all,

Returning to this as I have the same issue. I can access admin center via link, but not through settings...

I have had the same issue especially when PAM is enabled in the Azure AD I am working in.

Then i have experienced that sometimes the admin center shows up in the menu and sometimes not.
