Apologies for very late reply, I was out of work for some time.
I am able to achieve my requirement as per your suggestion, thank you very much for this.
first create the custom action and make sure it works
after you can call using Power Automate, this is the learn page: learn.microsoft.com/.../automated-flows-call-common-data-service-action

you can't invoke directly a custom workflow activity from Power Automate, but you can create a Custom Action that uses the custom workflow action and call the Custom Action from Power Automate
