Unable to see Power BI reports in Role Centre even though they're enabled

Does anybody know why I cannot see any Power BI reports in my Business Central tile, even though when I click 'Select Report' there are the three reports listed, all of which say enabled?

On the Business Central screen, the Power BI tile just says 'Upload Demo Reports to This Page" which I expect when there are no reports to choose from:

But if I click the drop down and the 'Select Reports' the three reports are there, I have enabled them all:

I had issues the other day using the 'Upload Report' functionality so published through to the Power BI service and can see them all in My Workspace for this account, just cannot find a way of displaying them.

I had this issue the other day so clicked Reset All Reports from the Power BI dropdown and then went through the process of individually publishing each one again, which worked temporarily.  Then the next time I logged in again I was met with this exact issue.  I'm using the Power BI free license with Business Central

    I did, they were absolutely useless.

    Fortunately the issue solved itself in the end and is no longer happening.  Thanks for your help.

    If you don't get further responses to this issue, you may want to raise a support request to Microsoft support via your CSP / Partner.

    Hi Renato,

    Thanks for your response however I think you may be misunderstanding my issue here.  

    There are three reports, all of which are visible in the Select Reports window when I click the drop down on the Power BI reports tile, this doesn't change regardless of the Role Center I'm in, yet some role centers show the reports and some don't.  

    It's not a case of not being able to see the report in the selection screen, it is the reports not showing up when they are ticked as enabled (and only in the Role Centers outlined in my post above):

    Did you check if you have a filter applied on the Name field when you want to select a report?

    Hi Andy,

    Thanks for your response.  I cleared personalisation and it didn't affect things.  I do however have more information though.

    There are certain Role Centers where I am able to see the reports and some where I can't:

    Accountant - No

    Business Manager - No

    Service Manager - Yes (Had to Enable)

    Sales Order Processor - No

    Manufacturing Manager - Yes (Had to Enable)

    Project Manager - Yes (Had previously enabled)

    Sales and Relationship Manager - No

    Administration of users, user groups and permissions - Yes (Had to Enable)

    Inventory Manager - Yes (Had to Enable)

    For the ones where I can't see them,  the tile displays this:

    For the ones where I can see them, the tile displays this:

    In both instances I've gone into Select Reports and enabled the three reports that are there.  Can anyone understand why some Role Centers can see them and some can't?  

    Could there be a setting related to these that I've overlooked?

    I tested on mine (Version: 18.1) and I am unable to recreate what you are seeing.  I am also on the Power BI Free license.  Can you try removing Personalization on the page and see if this helps?  If that does not work I would suggest opening up a support request, so we can dig into the issue.
