Add Ratings and Comments in Knowledge Base Articles on Portals

Hi All,

I have a configured a "Customer Self Service" portal on my Dynamic 365 for CE (v 9.0) instance.

Kindly help me to add comments and ratings to the articles through the portal.

I have already checked "Enable Ratings" on Portals -> Web Page ->"Knowledge Base - Article Detail" but it is still not visible in the article page in the portal.

    I had to change the Page Template to "Page" for "Knowledge Base - Article Detail" web page and it worked.

    Hi Bhavik,

    I'm also having the same requirement to add rating and comments in knowledge article on portal.

    I also did the changes suggested by you. but it is not working for me.

    Please tell me what else changes you did to achieve.
