Hi All,
I have a configured a "Customer Self Service" portal on my Dynamic 365 for CE (v 9.0) instance.
Kindly help me to add comments and ratings to the articles through the portal.
I have already checked "Enable Ratings" on Portals -> Web Page ->"Knowledge Base - Article Detail" but it is still not visible in the article page in the portal.
