Hi folks,

I accidentally deleted a receiving document against a PO. I tried to recreate the receiving using the deleted receiving # and got the error above. I ran the Reconcile utility against that PO and also Checklinks for purchasing series but did not help.

Please help me with this issue.

Hi Babu,

Thank you for your suggestion. Somehow the receiving came back the next day I opened it.

Hi Nhi,

If you have received the item and deleted the same before it got posted then the receipt no. will go away and when you receive it again fro the PO the same receipt no. will appear automatically. So you dont need to enter any receipt no. the error receipt no. already exist might be for different PO receipt which is already received and posted.
