Hi,

How can you change the "primairy picture" for an entity?

There seems to be none?

I am kinda new in CRM 2016 so any help is appreciated

    Hi Erik J,

As Goutam mentioned, you can update entity icons from the links hes provided, however, please keep in mind that you cannot edit the icons of any system entities. You can only modify the icons of custom entities.

This means you cannot update the primary image or icons of the account entity.
