We're a small CPG manufacturer, how can we set up different product lines in Just Foods. We have different products, how can we set up so we can run reports based on different product lines.

Just Foods is an Addon to Dynamics NAV/BC. You might consider submitting a support request with them here :
Within standard BC, users can create Product Lines many ways using Item Category, Attributes, or Dimensions. If wanting to create P&L Reports for Product Lines, I would always setup this using Dimensions.
