How to update icons on some specific entities like: Rollup quiries, deal desk, case resolution?

Hi Everyone,

There is a problem when you try to update some of the SVG resources that I created once I try to add them to the entity (power apps). The option isn't there. How can I add them in order that appears everywhere and not just on the Sitemap?

Hi Diego,

You can only update icons for custom entities, not the out-of-the-box system ones (e.g. Case - incident).

This is why you see the "Update icons" option for the PTA Creation entity (custom) and not Deal Desk Enquiry (system).
