Microsoft Portal configuration on dynamics 365 onpremise

I m trying to install Microsoft portal version 8.3 on Dynamics 365 onpremise version 8.2. I tried to follow Microsoft  document to install the required solutions through power shell command . This causes issues during the installation process and i m not able to install all the required components for the portal configuration. I tried to install manually through the application but this takes a lot of time and the application hangs and crashes. Can someone please suggest how to proceed further on this?

    Hi edev,

    I would suggest you to install Dynamics 365 v 9 and then try install the Portal on top of it.

    Hi Blitzey, thanks for the reply. But version 9 is an online version and the client does not want to move to online for now

    I think the on-premises version is released.

    I am unsure if they fixed the keys issue.

    Another thing you could do is to install the Portal v 8.3.2.85 which includes a lot of compatibility fixes  including the TLS 1.2 requirement.

    The portal version which i installed was 8.3 and i m facing issues with that only
