Error when using Company Copy tool in GP

Posted on by 2,510

I'm receiving the error "invalid column name 'INDEX1' when trying to copy company setup for Reports and Data for Company, Financial, inventory, payroll, payables, receivables, and SOP.  No other users are in the system.  I have tried it from the source DB and a DB that is not either the source or the destination. pressing OK results in the following error....  The stored procedure eeCompanyCopy returned the following results: DBMS: 207, Microsoft Dynamics GP:.0.

    Brenda,

I emailed Jonathan but he is out of the office.  Do you happen to have the chunk file that he refers to in his response?  I'm having the same issue.

    Thanks!

    Jim

I don't think that is the error she is running into Susan. This is a bug that we have because of a change in Payroll which changed a column and the PSTL tool was not updated.
