Error 'Xrm is undefined' after installed rollup 14.

Hi,
you need window.parent if its a HTML web resource.
if not could you provide more information?
Try parent.Xrm or window.parent.Xrm
May be this kind of problem.
When do you get error 'Xrm is undefined' in CRM, while doing any specific activity in CRM or anywhere in CRM?
Do you get error in Internet Explorer or Outlook or both?
How many users are affected?
