CRM 2011 and 2016 dashboard ribbon differences

In Crm 2011 version as shown below whenever any sub grid record is selected it showing all related ribbons

But CRM 2016 environment this feature is not working as same it not showing any ribbons even though if we selected any record in sub grids. Is this feature is not there in CRM 2013 environment? Could any one help me how can i achieve this.

Hi Pawel, I already know about this option can't it show ribbons in the dashboard itself without opening popup on selection of record

If you want to see the buttons, you will have to first open the "full view" of the grid, by clicking the small "grid" icon on the upper-right side of your subgrid. Buttons themselves are not visible at the subgrid level.
