Benefits update in GP 2010

Hi, looking for some help in updating benefit rates in GP 2010.  Our GP administrator isn't with us any more and need to update benefit rates in GP 2010.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi, if you are referring to codes where all employees using that code get a set rate, you can roll down the changes from the setup level.

    MAKE A BACKUP OF THE COMPANY DATABASE FIRST.

    If using HR, start in >Payroll  & HR Navigation >Setup >Human Resources >Benefits & Deductions >Health Insurance.  Select the code, change the amount, and say yes to Roll Down.  Save through Payroll side, and say yes to roll down.

    If not using HR, start in >Payroll & HR Navigation >Setup >Payroll >Benefit for the employer share, and >Payroll & HR Navigation >Setup >Payroll >Deduction for the employee share.
