How to trace the data when I need load data to CRM everyday?

I need everyday load data to Dynamic CRM use SSIS tools (not import wizard), but after I load the data to CRM, don't know how to trace my data, where I can find the data I just load today? where I can check how many data I load today to CRM? I can use SQL to get this information, but sometimes it is hard, I am not familiar with CRM, I think the CRM must have the easy way to let me test my loaded data, please help me on this issue, thank you.

You can check the entity in CRM to check the fresh data. For example, if you are loading data in account table. Check for Account entity using CRM's web application.

To trace the data in CRM you can use CreatedOn field. If you are overriding the createdon field through SSIS then you can create another DateTime field in CRM and set the current date in the same.
