    What do you mean "integrate r"?  I assume you mean the machine learning language R, which kinda makes the question nonsensical.  That said, whatever tool you're writing R in you could in theory attach it to your CRM database to start.  You'd still need the compute time for machine learning somewhere, though.

    Azure ML can do this with D365 Online, but I know of no native connection to an on-premises CRM database.  Maybe throw up a copy of your CRM database into a SQL Azure instance and connect that up to Azure ML for the compute time.
