Repeating Content Control in Word template only producing first line

I am trying to produce a purchase order template for the Dyn365BC virtual table (purchase order).  I have successfully created many templates in the past but for some reason this template will only give me the first line of the purchase order lines.  I thought something might have changed so I've tried plain text, rich text, design mode, not design mode etc etc.  Still no joy.  Does anyone know how to get all of the lines?
